Program: A panel of lawyers and doctors will share their perspectives on the ethical and legal underpinnings of informed consent and how principles of informed consent manifest themselves in the doctor's office, the hospital and the courtroom.
Please come ready to share your thoughts and
concerns. The Hospital of Saint Raphael is accredited by the CSMS to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Hospital of Saint Raphael designates this continuing medical education activity for a maximum of one AMA PRATM Category I Credit. Physicians should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
